The precise inline sheet inspection system checks each sheet for hickeys, material defects, ink splashes, scumming, etc., before any follow-up costs are incurred. It works with two high-resolution colour cameras and maintenance-free LED lighting.
Elevation makes it possible to use higher piles. The operator’s workload at the pile turner is reduced. The storage space required is reduced.
The dampening unit with Hycolor Pro offers transparency for dampening unit adjustment and, thanks to motorized remote adjustment, allows quick reactions during ongoing production.
The Hycolor XL inking/dampening unit with intelligent ink distribution and improved Vario system meets the highest demands in terms of quality and waste reduction when processing challenging jobs. The first good sheet is achieved quickly, and output and efficiency are increased.
Combined with the fully automatic AutoPlate Proplate changer, Hycolor XL with Multidrive enables parallel set-up processes. The blanket cylinders, impression cylinders and inking units are washed and the printing plates changed in about 2.5 minutes.
Independent circuits in the inking and coating units make it easy to switch quickly between UV and conventional printing. This provides flexibility in the selection of printing processes.

The modern 24-inch multi-touchscreen with intuitive controls allows you to monitor important presets and current production data. The Prinect Press Center XL 4 also connects the Speedmaster XL 106 with the Prinect Workflow. The open interfaces allow the easy integration and use of third-party software at any time.
Press Center Mobile and production screen
The flexible Press Center Mobile web application informs you in real time about the status of connected printing machines. It visualizes important production and process data as a basis for optimized processes – either on the mobile device or on the Speedmaster XL 106 production screen.
The spectral measurement system finds the print control strip, the paper white and the register marks fully automatically and starts ink control without operator intervention.
